Mount Everest is located at the Solukhumbu district of Nepal. Solukhumbu is mostly covered up with Buddhism. The Everest Region Trek usually offers the majestic views of many Himalayas. Mt. Everest (8,848 m ) is the first name that pops up in everyone’s mind when they hear about Nepal. Everest Base camp trek has been the best treks that has caught many people’s attention, people here are mostly Sherpa. The Tibetan-Buddhism culture mixed with Nepali-Buddhism culture are all over the Everest Region. You will be able to see different types of plants and vegetation in this region because of it’s altitude above the sea-level. You will be passing through the gates of Sagarmatha National Park where you will find different types animals and birds. You will also make your way through “Namche Bazaar” the gateway to Everest. The Sherpa people dwell in this region welcomes you to their villages.
You will be able to trek your way to The base camp with the help from our skilled Guides and Porters. Learn about the history of the Buddhist culture of this region by visiting places that will make you in awe.
Welcome to Tribuvan International Airport Kathmandu the capital of Nepal. We’ll be waiting with a warm greeting with traditional Khata and easy transfer to your Hotel. Check in hotel and then briefing about trek and early fights-out timing and introduce with your guide and staffs.
After you've landed at Lukla by flight (35 mins). You'll be guided to one of the lodges for a tea break of 30 mins. After the tea break we will be starting our journey towards the route. Overnight at Phakding.
On our Third day we head towards Khumbu's famous village "Namche Bazaar". On our way we will be entering the Sagarmatha National Park. On our way, you may find some wild animals and birds roaming. You will find a change in trees and plants as the height increases. Overnight at Namche.
On this day we will be heading Towards Hotel Everest View, which lies on the height of . A tea/coffee break will be accompanied, after that will be returning to Namche for Lunch. Namche is a place to chill and relax as there are pubs and bars, cafes and shops.
We walk our way from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche. Get to view the amazing view of himalayas from Tyangboche. Overnight at Tyangboche.
We make our way towards Dingboche. Dingboche is a popular stop for trekkers and climbers headed to Mount Everest, Ama Dablam or Imja Tse. Almost everyone stays at Dingboche for 2 nights for acclimatization. Overnight at Dingboche.
Today we will be reaching at "Nangkartsang Danda/Peak" for a proper acclimatization. The peak offers spectacular views of Ama Dablam (6812m), Makalu (8485m), Lhotse (8516m), Kantega(6782m) and Cho Oyu (6160m). Then we will be returning our way back to Dingboche for overnight stay.
We head our way to Lobuche. Lobuche is also the route to Everest Base Camp, which makes place a busy with sherpas and porters.
The trek continues as the route leads us to Gorakshep. Gorakshep is a frozen lakebed covered with sand. Gorakshep was originally the true Everest base camp, but later the camp was moved closer to the mountain. After reaching Gorakshep we will be heading towards the base camp. We will spend some time at the base camp and then return back to Gorakshep. Overnight at Gorakshep.
After breakfast, we will reach at Kalapatthar at the height of 5,644m. Kala Patthar, meaning 'black rock' in Nepali. The views of Everest, Nuptse and Changtse are amazingly great from Kalapatthar. After spending some time and resting at Kalapatthar. We will head our way back to Pheriche for our overnight stay.
We will return back to Kyangjuma this day. The view of Ama Dablam is quite amazing from Kyangjuma despite being far. You will find a good amount of Danphe (Nepal's national bird) strolling around Kyangjuma. Overnight at Kyangjuma.
We return to Phakding on this day. The great downhill will not disappoint you as it will make our trek much more faster. We will go through the same route we first came from. Overnight at phakding.
As for this day we will head slowly towards Lukla. After reaching Lukla, You'll have plenty of time to stroll around the village and shops or cafes. In the evening, there will be a dinner with our staffs who helped you reach your destination. Overnight at Lukla.
Enjoy your flight towards the capital. As we arrive back at Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your Hotel where you stayed before. This day can be considered to freely roam around the Thamel area to shop and stroll around.
After Breakfast our tour guide will lead you visit UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu by private car. We will start by visiting the Buddhist stupa of Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey. A panoramic view of Kathmandu city can be seen from the top of Swayambhunath. We then visit the Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, followed by a visit to another Buddhist stupa of Boudhanath.Boudhanath stupa is one of the biggest budhist stupa in Asia. A Farewell dinner will be hosted with the team. Overnight at the hotel.
Peak summit Trek representative will drop you off at Tribhuvan International Airport and bid you warm farewell with traditional ‘khata’ to say bye, Namaste!
