Overview

The Annapurna Circuit is considered one of the best treks in the world. The complete trek lasts 17 days -21 days. If you don’t have the time to complete the tour you can do a part of it : The Jomsom Muktinath trek, Ghorepani Poon hill trek or Gandruk trek. The Annapurna Circuit trek can be done clockwise or counterclockwise.The trek goes counter-clockwise from Besisahar. You will have the opportunity to view some of the most spectacular views of mountains: Annapurna II, (7,937 m), Lamjung Himal (6,983 m), Annapurna III (7,555 m), Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Langtang himal, Gangapurna, Annapurna I (8,091 m), and a visit to villages of different caste of peoples with different religions. There are four regions or district which will be passed through on the trek: Lamjung, Manang, Mustang and Myagdi with lush green subtropical valleys with villages and terraced farming.

The most intresting point of our travel will be the cross ‘Thorung-la’ pass,at 5,416 meters or (17,769ft.) from sea level. Jomsom will be the last part of our Annapurna Circuit trek. The pass is located on a trail which connects the village of Manang in the Manang District to the east, with the temple of Muktinath in the Mustang District to the west. This pass is highest point during your Annapurna Circuit Trek. You will have to acclimatize properly to pass through Thorong-La to get to the western part of the trek, The Mustang District.

  • Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu

    Welcome to Tribuvan International Airport Kathmandu the capital of Nepal. We’ll be waiting with a warm greeting with traditional Khata and easy transfer to your Hotel. Check in hotel and then briefing about trek and early fights-out timing and introduction with your guide and staffs.

  • Day 2 : Kathmandu to Besisahar by a private vehicle
    • Altitude: 760 m
    • Duration: 5-6 hours

    Get ready to leave Kathmandu early in the morning. Witness the scenery on the road. Lunch will be eaten at a restaurant on the way. After reaching Besisahar, you will have plenty of time to roam around. Overnight at Besisahar.

  • Day 3 : Besisahar (760m) to Chame (2,650m) 6hrs Drive

    Today we will reach Chame, a village which is a bit occupied Chame is the headquarters of Manang District. You will be able to see the changes in vegetation and trees due to the elevation of place. Overnight at Chame.

  • Day 4 : Trek from Chame (2,650m) to Pisang (‎3,250m)
    • Altitude: 3,250 m
    • Duration: 5 hours

    Get your cameras ready as we will be trekking through a very interesting and beautiful route this day. You will be seeing the apple farming location, as well as the beautiful landscape of himalayas when you reach Pisang. Overnight at Pisang.

  • Day 5 : Trek from Pisang (3,250m) to Manang (
    • Altitude: 3,519 m
    • Duration: 5 hours

    Get ready to view the famous Manang Village. We will be passing through the most beautiful landscapes. Few Stupas along the way, crossing beautifully made bridges, the enormous Mountains Annapurna II,III,IV around will always amaze the people who is visiting the place for the first time.   • Day 7 : Manang Acclimatization Day, Hike up to the Hill 2.5hrs
    • Altitude: 3800m

    Today we basically 2.5hrs hike our way up to and then return back to the lodge we are staying. Explore Manang and the village's various houses and shops. A refreshing view from the village is always an appreciating point of the trek. Overnight at Manang

  • Day 8 : Trek from Manang (3,519m) to Yakkharka (4,018m)
    • Altitude: 4,018 m
    • Duration: 4 hours
    • Accommodation: Lodge

    Our route ascends along Thorong Khola for about 4 hours trek, we will then reach Yakkharka. Annapurna II, Annapurna, III, Chulu, Thorong peak, etc can be seen perfectly if the weather is good. Yaks and deers can also be seen at Yakkharka. Overnight at Yakkharka.

  • Day 9 : Trek from Yakkharka (4,018m) to Thorong Phedi (4,450m)
    • Altitude: 4,450 m
    • Duration: 4-5 hours
    • Accommodation: Lodge

    Trek from Yakkharka to Thorong Phedi elevates us up for about 400m higher. This route can be pretty busy as there are so many people heading towards Mustang through Thorong Pass. Overnight at Thorong phedi.

  • Day 10 : Trek from Thorong Phedi (4,450m) to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorong-La Pass (5416m)
    • Altitude: 5,416 m
    • Duration: 7-8 hours

    Today is the most important day, as we will be reaching the highest point of our trek. Get yourself ready in the morning, stretches and exercises whatever you can to energize your body. You better eat your breakfast nicely this morning, we will be ascending towards Thorong-La Pass for about 5-6 hours. After reaching on top of Thorong Pass, we will be spending some time having some tea and coffee, then we start our descend to Muktinath. After a long descend we will reach Muktinath, the Muktinath temple is considered to be one of the most Holy places in Nepal. The famous '108 holy Taps' where people take baths is located in the Muktinath temple. Overnight at Muktinath.

  • Day 11 : Trek from Muktinath (3,800m) to Jomsom (2,743m) 6hrs
    • Altitude: 2,670 m
    • Duration: 6 hours
    • Accommodation: Lodge

    Although having a road for transportation, trekking is also a good option. If you are in for the ride from Muktinath to Jomsom by transportaion, then you can consult with the guide. Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri can be seen on the way. We reach Jomsom (Airport)/Marpha . Marpha is famous for Apple garden place of Nepal and their unique blend of modern and ancient buildings. Marpha is basically a small town.

  • Day 12 : Jomsom to Pokhara Flight/ By Bus
    • Altitude: 1,400 m
    • Duration: 8 hours
    • Accommodation: Hotel
    • Meal: B L D

    We will be heading to Pokhara this day on Flight or by bus. we shall reserve the bus considering the size of group.We will be leaving the Annapurna conservation area. Overnight at Pokhara.

  • Day 13 : Pokhara to Kathmandu by bus
    • Altitude: 1,350 m
    • Duration: 6-7 hours
    • Accommodation: Hotel
    • Meal: B L

    On this day, we will be leaving Pokhara by bus. witness the scenic hills and rivers on the way to Kathmandu. You will be transferred to your Hotel where you stayed before.

  • Day 14 : Kathmandu free day / sightseeing day
    • Altitude: 1,350 m
    • Accommodation: Hotel
    • Meal: B D

    This day will be manged per your decision, whether you and your team will be freely roaming around the hotel area or taking a tour with our city guide. A Farewell Dinner will be Hosted.

  • Day 15 : Departure from Kathmandu
    • Meal: B

    Our staffs will be helping you to reach the airport. You will be dropped at the airport on our reserved vehicle.
